Spray Foam Your Own Pole Barn or Shop — Rent the Rig
Most people who rent our rig are owners insulating a pole barn, shop, or home of their own. We deliver it and show you how to run it. Spray with our open-cell or closed-cell foam, or bring your own.
- Rig, reactor, heated hose, and gun, brought to your site
- Open-cell, closed-cell, or your own material
- We show you how to run it before you start
We Bring It to You
We deliver the rig from our Indiana shop to your site across the region when we can make the trip work.
We Show You How
We walk you through running the rig when we drop it off, so you're not learning it alone.

You Don't Need a Crew
Most of our renters are owners doing their own pole barn, shop, or home. Contractors rent too, but you don't have to be one.

When Renting a Rig Makes Sense
Renting puts a professional rig on your project without the cost of owning one. Most of the people who do it are owners, not contractors.
Your Own Pole Barn or Shop
Insulate a pole barn, shop, garage, or outbuilding yourself instead of paying full price for an install.
A New Build or Addition
Spray a new build, addition, or barndominium while the framing is open and easy to reach.
Rig Down Mid-Job
Your rig is down but the crew and job are ready. Bring in a rental setup and keep the schedule from slipping.
Extra Capacity
Two jobs overlap, or one is too big to finish on time with a single rig. Add a second setup for the run and send it back when you're done.
Trying Spray Foam Before You Buy
You've got foam work but not enough to justify owning a rig. Rent for the job and see what the demand looks like.
Where We Deliver
Outside these states or not sure we can reach you? Send the job location and timeline and we'll tell you straight if we can make it work.
Frequently Asked Questions
No, and most of our renters aren't. A lot of them are homeowners and owner-builders insulating their own pole barn, shop, or home. We bring the rig and show you how to run it. If your job would turn out better as a full install, we'll tell you that straight instead of renting you a rig you don't need.
Often, yes. We show you how to run the rig before you start, and the work is doable for a careful owner on the right kind of job, like an open pole barn or shop. Foam is less forgiving in tight or finished spaces, where the temperature, the mix ratio, and how thick each pass goes all matter. Tell us about your building and we'll give you an honest read on whether to rent or hire it out.
The rig, reactor, heated hose, and gun. If you choose an option with material included, we supply the A-side and B-side. We also show you how to run the equipment when we drop it off.
Open-cell rentals with material included are about $4,000 per set. Closed-cell rentals with material included are about $4,500 per set. If you bring your own material, the rig-only rental is $1,500 per day.
Then we'll say so. Some jobs go faster, cleaner, or cheaper when our crew sprays them. If yours is one of those, we'll point you to a quote instead of putting a rig in your hands.
It depends on where the job is and whether the rig is open. Send the address, foam type, and dates and we'll give you a direct answer on timing.
Earlier is better, especially for planned work. Same-week rentals can happen when the rig is available.
Both are possible. Rentals where you bring your own material are priced by the day. Work with material included is usually priced by the set. Longer projects can be discussed by job.
It's our rig, so the equipment side is our responsibility. If something acts up, reach out and we'll help you get it running again.
We regularly consider jobs in Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, and Kentucky. If the job is elsewhere in the region, send the location and schedule and we'll tell you if delivery makes sense.
Yes. The rig is our equipment and carries our insurance. You're not responsible for normal wear on the equipment.
Usually, if the rig is not already committed. Reach out before the scheduled end date so we can check the calendar.
