Spray Foam Installation Services

Spray Foam Installation
We apply open-cell or closed-cell foam where the building is leaking air or losing temperature. That may be an attic, crawl space, rim joist, pole barn, addition, or commercial shell. We walk the space first, explain which foam makes sense, mask the work area, spray to the agreed thickness, trim, and clean up before we leave.
Open-Cell vs Closed-Cell
Two foam types, different strengths. Here's when to use each.
Open-Cell Foam
Cost-effective spray foam for attics and interior assemblies where comfort and sound control matter.
- Lowest cost per board foot of any spray foam
- Noticeably quieter, reduces sound between rooms and from outside
- Great for attics, interior walls, and bonus rooms
- Expands to fill every crack and cavity completely
Closed-Cell Foam
High R-value insulation with moisture resistance for crawl spaces, basements, metal buildings, and demanding envelopes.
- Highest R-value of any spray-applied insulation (R-6.5 per inch)
- Acts as a vapor barrier
- Won't absorb water — ideal for moisture-prone areas
- Ideal for basements and crawl spaces
Where Spray Foam Works Best
Attics, crawl spaces, metal buildings, pole barns, and commercial spaces each need a different approach.

Concrete Lifting & Rig Rental

Concrete Lifting & Leveling
When the concrete is still in decent shape but has dropped, foam lifting can bring it back up without a full replacement. We use it on driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage floors, and steps.
- Driveways, sidewalks, patios, and garage floors
- Same-day use on most jobs
- Less disruption than replacement
Common Questions
Pricing, process, and what to expect.
Open-cell runs $0.50–0.65 per board foot (one square foot at one inch thick). Closed-cell runs $1.15–1.35. Most residential jobs land between $1,500 and $4,000. We provide an exact quote based on your project details, or use our online calculator for a quick estimate.
Yes. Warehouses, metal buildings, manufacturing facilities, cold storage, offices, pole barns, restaurants, and new construction. We work with property owners, builders, GCs, and facility managers. Commercial and industrial buildings often see the biggest improvement because of larger surface areas and more air leakage points.
A standard attic or crawl space takes 4–6 hours. Most residential projects wrap up in 1–2 days. Larger commercial jobs may take 2–3 days. Harbour Spray Foam provides a timeline with your estimate.
No. We mask all surrounding surfaces before spraying. The foam cures in seconds. No dripping or running. Overspray is trimmed flush. We clean the work area before we leave.
Open-cell (R-3.6/inch) is lighter, more affordable, and excellent for sound dampening. Best for attics and interior walls. Closed-cell (R-6.5/inch) is denser, blocks moisture, and adds racking strength to framed assemblies. Best for basements, crawl spaces, and exterior applications. We recommend the right type based on your project.
We stand behind our work. If there's an issue with coverage or adhesion, we come back and fix it. Spray foam doesn't sag, compress, or degrade the way fiberglass does. Once it's sprayed, it stays exactly how we left it. No maintenance, no re-insulation.
A typical driveway repair runs $800–$3,000 versus $3,000–$8,000 for tear-out and repour. Most jobs are done the same day. Contact Harbour Spray Foam for a free assessment.
Driveways, sidewalks, garage floors, patios, pool decks, porch steps, and stoops. If it is a concrete slab that has sunk or become uneven, our poly foam jacking process can restore it to its original position.
2–4 hours for most residential projects. The surface is ready to use the same day. Full replacement takes 3–7 days including demolition and curing.
